These terms cover the purchase of The Forgotten Skin Journal (the "Journal"), a digital ebook sold by Alice Ellison through Payhip.
1. What you are buying
A single-user licence to download and read the Journal (PDF) on your own devices, and to print it for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the file or its contents.
2. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by Payhip. The download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within 60 seconds. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive, then write to hello@example.com.
3. Refunds
Seven-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email within seven days of purchase and the full amount is refunded through the original payment method.
4. Updates
Buyers receive every future revision of this edition at no extra charge, delivered through the same download link or by email.
5. Not medical advice
The Journal is educational content based on the author's professional experience as an esthetician. It contains no doses or prescriptions and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or dermatologist. See a medical professional for any skin condition, and before changing any treatment you have been prescribed.
6. Results
Any timelines, savings or outcomes described are drawn from the author's notes and vary by skin, age, sun history and how consistently the methods are applied. No specific result is guaranteed.
